Return conditions

Does your purchase not meet your expectations? Did you order the wrong size? Or would you prefer a different color? No problem! We want to fix this for you quickly. You can return an order within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns that meet the following conditions:

• The product is complete, in its original condition and undamaged.
• The product is marked with the FlowTex Verified Authentic label.
• The product is in the undamaged original shoe box.
• The product is unworn.

How can I return my order? Instructions:

1. Click here to register your return with support.
2. An employee will answer you and give you all the information about the return.
3. You send your package back.
4. The FlowTex team assesses your package.
5. If your package passes inspection, you will receive your purchase amount back.

How long do I have to return my order?

With us, you have 14 days after receipt to register your return and send it back. Once you have registered the package, you have a further 2 working days to return your package.

Are there any exceptions to the right of return?
Yes. The right of return does not apply to purchases delivered to countries outside the European Union.

Can I try on products I ordered before returning them?

Of course, you can try on the products you receive. Make sure you are not wearing it and that the FlowTex Verified Authentic label is still attached. If we find any damage, signs of use or wear that show that more has happened than just assessing the product, the return will not be accepted.

How much does it cost to return my order?

The buyer is normally responsible for the return shipping. We will only issue a return receipt in individual cases. But please note: If your return is not accepted because it does not meet the specified conditions, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

What happens if I return my order?

As soon as we receive your package, you will be kept informed of the return process. We will send you a message as soon as the package is processed and when you receive your money back. After receiving your return, we will process it within 14 working days at the latest.

How long does it take to get my purchase amount back?

Once we have received your return package, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you chose.
