Can I change my order?

You can request a change or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service team.

If you change an order and the price changes, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we may refund you the excess amount paid.

Can I exchange a product?

You can have your order exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt . To do this, please contact customer service and make sure to comply with the return and exchange conditions.

We will exchange your order provided the product is unworn and returned in its original packaging and all accessories . The seal must not be removed!

In any case, the return must be made at the customer's expense. You will only receive a return label if there is an error on our part.

Once the return has been received and processed, our customer service will send you the credit/refund via your original payment method.
